The table below includes details of room types help for IFFO delegates together with the rates. The group room rates are valid for the period of Tuesday 29 October - Sunday 10 November (subject to availability) and are quoted in RMB per night.

(RW) = River Wing
(GT) = Grand Tower

The below rooms are based on availability and are NOT part of the IFFO room block

Room rates EXCLUDE, and are therefore subject to, applicable occupancy and sales taxes in effect at the time of check in (currently 13%) which should be added to the above rates), and also excludes breakfast.  American breakfast will be charged at $40 per person per night.

Included in the room rate is standard WiFi and access to the fitness centre. 

Rates of tax are subject to change and as a result the final amount of payment according to the hotel will be amended in line with any change in applicable taxes.  Guestroom rates are quoted in US dollars (US $) per night and group rates are valid for the period 30 March – 9 April and are subject to availability. 

Smoking is strictly forbidden in guestrooms and any indoor areas of the hotel, however there are designated smoking areas located in outdoors areas.  A fine of $500.00 will be charged to any guest who smokes in a guestroom.

To help you secure the room of your choice please book early as rooms are available strictly on a first-come first-served basis and you may not be able to secure your preferred choice.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is NOT included in the room rate and therefore American breakfast will be charged at US$ 40 per person per day.  On Tuesday 5^th and Wednesday 6^th April breakfast for IFFO delegates will be served in the Miami ballroom.  Before and after these days breakfast will be served in ‘14 Thirty-Five’ which is located in the hotel lobby.

For any guest taking breakfast through Room Service, the Hotel will charge the rate à la carte (Room Service menu) to the guests’ individual accounts, to be settled before departure.
