IFFO has an international team who work across three offices in London, Lima and Beijing.  There is currently one position available in IFFO's China Office:

License Administrator & Regulatory Assistant

Company: IFFO China Representative Office

Working Location: Xuanwumenwai Street, Beijing

Desirable Starting Date: As Soon As Possible

Job Description:

  • Provide service to overseas IFFO members for China License application from the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA), including service agreement set-up, step-by-step preparation of application documentation together with members through e-mail communication, submission of application document to MOA and following up with the progress, arrangement of sample delivery from overseas members to MOA lab in China, monitoring the lab testing process and securing final MOA license on behalf of members. You should also issue invoices to IFFO members and maintain a tracking list of all cases in progress via Excel spreadsheet.
  • Assist China Director with regulatory researches and analysis report
  • Support Senior Managers of IFFO for projects that may be held in or outside China
  • Other tasks assigned by the China Director

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Under-graduate degree or above
  • Excellent oral and written English (no less than IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL 90/ TEM 8)
  • Good with analysis and reporting
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Skill in the use of computers, good at Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Reliable team player and highly self-motivated
  • Committed to providing high level of service and support to IFFO members
