DAY 3: BRUSSELS SEAFOOD EXPO (ANDREW MALLISON)

Show over, time to sort through the handfuls of business cards I have collected, write follow up emails and head to the Eurostar station for the train home. I reflect that the Expo is still the biggest (seafood) show on earth and is just about worth the ridiculous inflation of the hotel prices for the week, struggles to find a decent restaurant and crowds to have those unexpected encounters that only happen when so many people are in one place at one time. Same time next year then.
